Mathematics teaching responsibilities:
**Ensure your students are hardworking and pushing themselves to reach their full potential
**Build and keep relationships with work colleagues and all students
**Ensure you are motivated at all times to provide the children with a strong role model
**Make sure you are giving all students positive and negative feedback on a regular basis
**Continuously assess your students to make sure they are heading towards their predicted grade at the end of the year
**Ensure you are meeting the needs of all children accordingly to their abilities
**You should change your teaching styles to ensure that all children are learning at the same pace
The school has a large capacity of up to 1000 students. All pupils attending the school are local Arabs as it's is a government organisation to improve the education standards in the UAE. This organisation has grown massively in the last ten years and has now opened a total 8 campuses and growing.
This organisation has the most amazing resources that get the students engaged and help the teachers interact with the students. An example of how good the school is for technology is they give all of their students an iPad or an Apple Mac for them to do coursework and homework on. The school also has an app where parents can download and view the progression their child is making.
