General Science teacher
Teach in the Middle East
Deliver Secondary and A-level Science
Our client is a growing school in Qatar and has only been opened since 2005 and shown huge improvements in all departments. The school started with 500 students and has now increased that number to 1500 and is still growing.
The management have agreed to enlarge the school to facilitate the number of students so have now started to build another huge building which will allow the school to hold up to 2000 students in total. Most of the pupils inside of the school are local Qatari but there is a huge number of expatriate students also.
Science Teaching Jobs:
**Ensure that you have set rules in the classroom and make sure all students apply them in your classroom
**Always ensure that the safety of the children whilst performing experiments is monitored to a high standard
**Continue to set coursework and homework which you can use to assess the students progression
**Provide the children with a good role model to inspire to
**Help with the setting up of parents evening and other school events
**Attend a weekly meeting held by your head of department
**Monitor the behaviour of all students in your classroom and report any issues back to your senior

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement:
M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Type of Staff:
Male or Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Additional:
**Your degree should ideally be in line with your teaching subject
**Singles or teaching couples preferred with no children
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 9000 up to 12000
QAR (Qatar Riyal) per month
based on experience and qualification,
