Head of KG for a British International school based in Doha Qatar
SeekTeachers is currently recruiting and looking for a Head of department for the early years, this is part of a three campus school, they have a school which is girls only, the second campus is an all boys campus, and a third mixed campus, these campuses are based in Doha, which is a capital of Qatar, the school has an Islamic ethos, and looking to find a person who is able to understand the culture, and will be able to respect the culture at the same deliver the British curriculum to its best possible potential in harmony with the culture and able to handle parents, and teachers.
Requirements:
##You will need to have a BA in Early Childhood
##Any other certificates will be a bonus
##With a minimum of 4 years of experience
The school is looking for a person who is fully qualified and must have a minimum of 4 years of experience, they are looking for someone who is flexible and passionate about education, you will be responsible coordinating with your teachers, the curriculum, communicate with upper management, and able to expand this department and able to take hold of the whole department and able to create a unique and amazing experience for the children, the teachers and the parents, you will be in direct contract with the parents, and you will have to be great at multitasking, and anyone has been in this position knows that the you will have to be active and you will get a lot of situations where you will have to handle the parents due to incidents with the children.
The location of the school is Doha, Qatar, as this country doesn’t need any introduction this is a fantastic destination to be part of, and you will be part of a great organisation, they do take care of their teachers. You will get the chance traveling around the middle east, will be a short bus ride away, you can go traveling to Oman and many other countries such UAE, Bahrain and South East Asia.
