Key Stage 1 Coordinator
 
Qualifications required:
Bachelors in Primary Education or similar
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience inside of a primary school environment
Experience of being a leader previously is highly preferred
Strong implementation of the National Curriculum of England and Wales
Good rapport building skills
Native English speaker
Qualified from the UK Preferably (As per clients request)
 
Primary Teacher Duties:
**As a coordinator you should ensure the attainment of the pupils is raised and ensure that it is always above the standards
**You should have good managerial skills and capable of delegating efficiently to the correct person
**All applicants should have a minimum of 5 years teaching experience and managerial experience is needed
**You will need to ensure that health and safety in all of your classrooms is monitored to ensure that the safety of the students is maintained to a high level
**Willing to hold an afterschool club when needed
**You will be in charge of ensure that the curriculum delivery is always monitored and continuously improves the students’ abilities
**You should have good communication skills that help you coordinate with your colleagues to better the delivery of lessons for the pupils
