A leading British International school in Cairo is recruiting for a Chemistry teacher to join their successful team in August 2015. The school is situated in a well-developed area in Cairo and has a large amount of expatriate community.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Plan appropriately to meet the needs of all pupils through differentiation of tasks
* Ensure that schemes of work are kept up to date
* Working productively with other staff
**Understand CIE curriculum and the developmental needs of students
**Set clear targets for students and raise the academic achievement
**Participate in school activities and clubs
**Create a fun, interesting and exciting lessons for the student
**Maintain classroom order and discipline and report to the school and parents appropriately
The school provides British style education to students from Foundation Years to Key Stage 5 and IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) to students who wishes to take on the IB programme after completing their education in Key Stage 4. The teaching staff in the school are all qualified and experienced teacher composed of 70% expatriates and 30% non-expatriates.
