IBPYP Drama Teacher | China Teaching Job | August 2015 start
 
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Drama or relevant subject
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE/QTS/Teaching License/Diploma
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience
- English native speaker
- ESL or IBPYP teaching experience is beneficial
- Flexible to adapt into new culture

About the school
This is a private national school in the suburb of Beijing which has a modern purpose build campus with excellent world class facilities, include 25m indoor heated swimming pool, 400m athletic tracks, golf driving range, ten pin bowling and residential blocks for students and staff.
 
There are 2000 local Chinese students in the whole school from Grade 1 to 12, aged 5-18. There are also more than 200 staff comprised of 60% expatriate teachers and 40% non-expatriate teachers. The work week consists of 35 hours Monday to Friday and teachers normally get 50 days holiday per annum.
 
This is a fully authorised International Baccalaureate (IB) World School offers PYP, MYP and DP programme. Staff is continually provided professional development and support in all areas to build forward thinking instructors.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 15,000 up to 21,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
