Our client is seeking a professional and experienced Middle School Science/Math teacher to join their team based in China.  The school follows International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum for students from Kindergarten to Middle School.
The school has a gated and modern campus with well-equipped facilities include art room, music room, dance room, computer room, indoor soft-toy playroom, outdoor and indoor playground.  The school environment is fun, safe and family friendly, and the students are happy, confident, discipline and eager to learn.
 
Minimum requirements:
 
- Bachelor Degree in Education/Science/Mathematics
- Teaching qualification (PGCE/PGDE/QTS/Teaching License
- At least 2 years teaching experience
- International experience is preferable but not essential
- Experience in working with EAL students is beneficial
- Easy to adapt to new environment
 
Wuxi is in the Southeast of China, between Suzhou and Nanjing and it is about 1.5 hours from Shanghai. It is one of the cities in China which has blooming economy too. With more than 3000 years history and culture, Wuxi is also one of the popular destinations for tourist in China. Sight-seeing including museums, gardens, lakes are the hot spot.

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 18,000 up to 25,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided
Flights:
10,000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) Allowance is provided
Bereavement Leave:
Bereavement leave given
Emergency Evacuation:
Emergency evacuation given
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
