Regional Director for group of Nurseries in the UAE | TAX FREE salary with benefits! Up to 60,000 GBP per annum plus bonuses
SeekTeachers is looking for an experienced Director of Nurseries that is able to manage a group of nurseries that is further expanding. We are looking for someone that ideally has worked in a large nursery group setting in the UK with a proven track record of raising standards. You need to be someone that is business savvy and able to understand the dynamics and flexibilities required to run a brand of nurseries in the UAE.
Requirements
**A degree in Early Childhood and/or
**Prefer Master's in Early Childhood
**At least 5 years of management experience
**Must be a native speaker of English
**Have an EXCELLENT command of written and spoken English
**Be personable
**Have expertise in how to develop and grow a chain of nurseries
Interviews will take place initially over Skype and the CEO may then decide to fly to London to interview shortlisted candidates
The salary package is very competitive and is negotiable based on the calibre of the candidate. Experience and qualifications are taken into consideration.
Job Description
**Have excellent experience of setting up and reviewing policies and procedures
**Have excellent knowledge of the UK EYFS, Montessori, Emillio Reggio, Creative Curriculum and Waldorf Curriculum
**Adapt and review existing nursery practices and further enhance the quality of teaching and learning
**Carry out staff observations if needed
**Be involved with recruitment and retention of staff and also Nursery Managers
**Have experience of using and introducing technology within the classroom
**Arrange and possibly deliver and INSET's if needed
**Review the marketing policy of the group and develop strategy for offline and online marketing
**Standardise practises in the group so all nurseries are working consistently and effectively
**Carry out site inspections if needed
**Report back to the CEO of the organisation to further enhance the groups vision
**Review nursery budgets and timetables as well as look at staff projection for future projects
**Assist in helping a nursery that is under performing to ensure it has the right level of quality assurance
**Be a good team player and adapt to the culture of working in the Emirates
**Review the marketing policy of the organisation and expand both online and offline
**Attend meetings with the CEO to create strategic partnerships with outside orgnisation to boost the organisations reputation in the area
**Able to handle budgets
**Review and develop effective timetabling systems
**Be personable
**Be a strong communicator
**Liaise with the KHDA where needed to ensure that each Nursery is meeting the expectations of the Ministry of Education
**Be able to develop and review charitable projects in partnership with the nursery to boost its profile
You must have experience of having led/managed a group of at least 5 nurseries and have got them to Good or Outstanding level by KHDA or OFTSED. You need to be someone that is driven by achieving targets and have a proven track record of raising performance of satisfactory or good nurseries.
