Secondary Science Teacher
Teacher of Science X2 in Qatar
Earn up to 12,000 QR per month in a British curriculum school
 
Our client has asked SeekTeachers to find 2 female Science teachers that have the ability to deliver the UK curriculum up to GCSE level and preferred A-level. If you have experienced in delivering both levels you are in with a high chance of finding you next academic teaching positions. Join Qatar in its growth and help the younger generation in developing their English oral and written skills. You will need to ensure you are a fully qualified teacher with experience of working with the UK curriculum. All applicants should have 2 years teaching experience but strong NQT’s are also considered for this role. You must be able to communicate well with both international and local Qatari students to prevent any misunderstandings. Any candidate who has experience of working internationally before is in with an extremely high chance.
 
Science teaching Job:
**Help with school events such as sports day and parents evening
**Provide the children a good role model and be friendly and hardworking
**Ensure that the classroom environment is exciting and relevant to the subjects you are teaching
**Allow students to engage with each other to build relationships
**Keep a safe and clean working area for children and yourself
**Have a positive attitude towards children and work
**Clear understanding of the English Curriculum
**Able to build friendly relationships with work colleagues
**When performing experiments ensure that the classroom health and safety is at the highest level so students can work with clear instruction.

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Additional:
**Your degree should ideally be in line with your teaching subject

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 9000 up to 12000  QAR (Qatar Riyal) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
