Our client is recruiting for a Primary PE teacher to join their team in Egypt. If you are a passionate teacher with 3 years teaching experience and would like to teach and inspire the children in Egypt then don't miss this great opportunity. 
 
The British school is situated in the heart of Cairo and has a large expatriate community. The school area is safe and quiet and provides a good learning and teaching environment for both students and teachers. There are over 1000 students at present with approximately 120 school staff. Student are ranging from 5 to 18 year old studying from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 5 and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The students are consists of 95% non-expatriates and 5% expatriates. School staffs are consists of 80% expatriates and 20% non-expatriates. 
 
The school is set on a 10 acres land and provides an excellent range of facilities. The facilities include science labs, computer labs, music room, art & design room, air-conditioned classrooms with access to interactive white boards, huge sport hall, outdoor swimming pool, running track, football pitch, gymnasium, play area, basketball court and adventure playground. 
 
Cairo is a vibrant, fascinating and welcoming city. Home to the mysterious pyramids, the Phinx and Pharoah, you will never experience this in any other country. The living costs in the country is relatively low and you can get meal for 4 in just under £10.00 and a taxi ride for £0.50 in the city. The are plenty of cinemas, theatres and modern malls available in Cairo and you can go for an opera or enjoy oriental music or dance shows during leisure time. The weather in Egypt is moderate and less humidity with temperature ranging from 21°C to 36°C.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
3 Years
Type of Staff:
Male or Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 14,000 up to 18,000  GBP (British Pound) per annum based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
Housing:
Housing allowance of 4,000 EGP  GBP (British Pound) provided
