Our client is a specialist in Early Childhood and is looking for Manager that can bring new and fresh ideas to the tabel to raise the profile of the nursery even higher. The nursery is already in operation and has about 180 students on role and growing. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with a nursery of at least 100 students to be effective at securing this job.
We are looking for someone that has a proven track record of either raising the standards of an existing Montessori Nursery or someone that has developed and grown a Montessori Nursery from the beginning. Montessori Manager Requirements:
**A degree in Early Childhood
**A recognised Montessori Diploma or Certificate
**A masters in Early Childhood
**At least 3-5 years of management experience
**Be a native speaker of English
You will be working very closely with the Director of the company and will have regular meetings to ensure you hitting your agreed KPI's until you are in a position to operate more independantly. The nursery has excellent facilities and is one of a kind in the region. Due to the cultural elements in the UAE, this position is only open to female candidates.
Salary Package:
**Up to 18,000 AED per month TAX FREE
**Accommodation allowance of 5000 AED per month
**Medical is covered
**Visa is covered
**Hotel upon arrival is covered and you will be assisted in finding a place to stay
**UAE gratuity bonus is provided
**Rolling contract that can be renewed on mutual agreement

M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Type of Staff:

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Open University qualification(s) are NOT accepted
Additional:
**You must have a recognised Montessori qualification
**A Master's in Early Childhood or equivalent is preferred
**Singles teachers or teaching couples with NO CHILDREN are preferred
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary up to 18,000
AED (UAE Dirham) per annum
based on experience and qualification,
TAX FREE

Housing allowance of 5000 p/m
AED (UAE Dirham) provided

Flights:
Flight(s) provided annual flights coming in and end of contract
Bereavement Leave:

Gratuity Amount:
Gratuity Amount of the end of service bonus pay is 3 weeks per annum completed and paid at the end of the contract is provided
Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement

**Scope for further progressions based on KPI's being met - these will be agreed with the Director and reviewed
