Montessori principal needed August in Abu Dhabi

Our client is a leading group specialising in early childhood. One of the nurseries it has is now looking for a experienced manager of Montessori to take over from the existing manager due to personal reasons is having to leave.
The nursery is located in a leading region in Abu Dhabi and the organisation has grown it's reputation. You need to have worked in a Montessori with 100 plus students and have experience of the Maria Montessori method.
The role is likely to evolve as the company is looking to further expand as the organisation progresses it's development plan in 2015.
The existing nursery is well equipped and has increased in student enrolment. It has a large purpose built play area outside and the nursery goes up to 3 floors.
Requirements

Degree in early childhood or degree in Montessori

Diploma in Montessori
-
At least 3 years management experience

A native speaker of English
-
Up to date with modern Montessori teaching method
Interviews will be done on Skype as the initial stage of the process then short listed candidates will be asked to fly to the UAE.
Salary package

Up to 18,000aed per month TAX FREE

Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary up to 18000
AED (UAE Dirham) per month
based on experience and qualification,
TAX FREE
