Our client was discovered by the UAE government just over a decade ago. The school was originally built to ensure that the children in the Unite Arab Emirates have a variety of curriculums to choose from to help them succeed in their future lives. The school has rocketed through the ranks and has now been considered one of the best schools in in Dubai. The school has an amazing amount of facilities to help both teachers and students advance their skills.

Your responsibilities:
**You should have the ability to delegate work effectively and ensure you are following up with teachers ensuring they have completed each task
**You will need to assess the teachers to ensure they are delivering to the best of their abilities
**You will need to aim to raise the level of attainment throughout the whole of the secondary department
**You will need to keep a tracking record of teachers and students attendance and ensure no body is falling behind
**You will need to ensure that all teachers feel comfortable about approaching you about any queries or issues they may be having
**You will need to build strong relationships with all students and parents
**You will need to supervise all teachers to make sure they are making improvement to their departments
**You need to observe the teachers teaching abilities and make any improvements where needed
**You will be asked to ensure that the level of equipment is sufficient enough for the students
**Participate in a regular meeting to discuss the improvements that could be made
