There are around 1200 students on role at the school all hoping for a successful career in their future lives. The students are all very hard working and extremely well motivated to achieve these goals. All of the teachers working in the school are specialist in their subjects and handle all problems in a professional manner. They all have a minimum of 1 year teaching experience if the American Harcourt curriculum and all fully qualified to teach their specific subject. Majority if the teachers within the school are American but the school has a variety if nationalities for the students I engage with and learn more about their cultures.

Our client follows the American Harcourt curriculum and delivers to students up to the age if 16. Our client is searching for a primary teacher to deliver English to grades 1/2. The ideal candidate must have experience if the American Harcourt curriculum and also be a fully qualified teacher. The candidate will be required to follow the below responsibilities:
**You should ensure that your students are continuously growing academic
**Use a variety of teaching styles to accommodate for the different techniques of learning of the students
**You should ensure you are continuously assessing your students so you have a clear understanding of where each students needs to improve
**Ensure your students are motivated to always try hard to grasp each lesson
**Continuously challenge each student so they are always growing their abilities
**You should ensure that work is set according to the students’ abilities
**Build strong relationships with each student and ensure that each parent is aware of the student’s progression throughout the year
