Chemistry Teacher
A-level Teaching job
Qatar, all year round summer
 
The economy is growing at a rapid rate when others worldwide are declining. The Qatar government's investment arm has made some mind boggling investments in the past few years both internationally and nationally. The most famous at the moment are the investments in London, the purchase of Harrods and now with expansion plans to open Harrods Hotels across the world. The shard is the tallest building in Europe built in London but funded by Qatar. 
 
International teaching duties:
**Able to use interactive whiteboards and information technology systems to a high standards
**Able to keep classroom management with classrooms with up to 40 students
**Have a good understanding of using a VLE
**Ensure you are meeting all of the needs of children by setting work accordingly to their abilities
**Able to produced engaging lessons to motivate children
**Always set aims and objectives and make it clear to the children
**Able to adapt you’re teaching to meet the needs of different students
**Understand that these students are still learning English so be patient with students
 
An amazing private international school based in Doha is looking to increase the number of teachers of this already well-established strong team of teachers. The school was established in 2005 and continues to grow as its reputation continues to impress. 
 
Students at the school are from over 35 nationalities but predominantly from the UK. 70% of the students are expat and the remaining 30% are of local Qatari background. All lessons and school communication is done in English to encourage and improve the standard of English for all students.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
2 Years
Type of Staff:
Male or Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Additional:
**Your degree should ideally be in line with your teaching subject
**Singles or teaching couples preferred with no children

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 8000 up to 12000  QAR (Qatar Riyal) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
