Our client based in La Paz is currently seeking experienced English IB teachers who are native English speakers for a secondary school positions. Candidates must have a teaching license from their province or state in addition to a bachelor’s or master’s degree in English.
The school is located in the capital city bursting with culture, heritage and tradition. The school has local as well as international students and forgeign and local trained staff. The school has been running for the last 15 years and has shown steady growth.
The school is offering:
**Two-year contract renewable
**Airfare (Up to $1000 US)
**School Health Insurance Provided
**Fully furnished private accommodation provided walking distance to the school
**Visa provided
**Salary up to $2500 US based on qualifications and experience
Qualifications & Requirements:
**Teaching License (QTS, PGCE, or license from State or Province)
**Bachelor Degree (If teaching Secondary school your first degree must be in line with your teachable subject)
**Must be a native English speaker
**2 years’ experience required
**Must have an open mind and demonstrate an inquisitiveness towards culture and heritage
**IB experience preffered

Home to the majestic and beautiful Salar de Uyuni, the Bolivian government recognizes 37 languages in addition to Spanish. Bolivia has a rich folklore. Its regional folk music is distinctive and varied. The best known of the various festivals is the "Carnival", which was considered a masterpiece of Oral heritage by UNESCO .
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
