Description

A well respected school in China is looking for a dedicated and positive Business Management teacher to join their team in Shanghai.  This private school follows both the Chinese and International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. 
 
The role includes:
 
**Plan, prepare motivational lessons to inspire to students
**Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students
**Ensure curriculum is implemented and up to date
**Monitor, assess and record student learning progress
**Make good use of AfL and APP
**Maintain classroom discipline align with school policies
**Supervise in-school and after school activities
**Communicate with parents regarding their child’s progress and participate in parents’ meeting
**Participate in professional development activities
**Participate in department/school meetings
 
Professional development is also provided for all staff to ensure their success and promote high quality of learning for students.  The school is well equipped classrooms, facilities for Music, PE, Art, Science labs, tennis court and gymnasium.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
4 Years
Type of Staff:
Male or Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 20,000 up to 25,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Based on application  fully furnished Housing provided
