SeekTeachers are working with an outstanding school based in Abu Dhabi who is looking for a fully qualified Social studies teacher who has a good understanding of the IB curriculum. Preferably the candidate should have delivered the IB curriculum or the Common Core curriculum as this would make the transition easier for the candidate. Listed below are qualifications all teachers MUST have before being considered for this role:
MUST be western qualified and experienced
MUST be a fully qualified teachers
MUST have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies
MUST have a minimum of two years’ experience in teaching Social Studies
MUST have a stable career
The school was opened in the early 1990’s and has built a stable reputation in Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas for being one of few to have IB accreditations. The school provides all non-experienced IB teachers with an intensive course which allows them to understand the curriculum.
This organisation currently has three campuses across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. They are also considering opening a further 12 campuses to cover all states in the UAE, all of which will be delivering the IB curriculum

M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Additional:
**Your degree should ideally be in line with your teaching subject
**Singles or teaching couples preferred with no children
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 12000 up to 14850
AED (UAE Dirham) per month
based on experience and qualification,
