Our client is the first nursery school follows British EYFS Curriculum in China. The school is spanning across London, Hong Kong, Singapore and China. The school is dedicated to Early Years Foundations Education and they are now looking for an experienced EYFS manager to join their outstanding team in Shenzhen, China.
The goal of the position:
-Passionate and committed to the learning and development of young children
-To recruit, support, train and appraise all staff to ensure high quality childcare practices and to develop staff teams and individual practitioners.
-To ensure all legislation in relation to regulatory bodies, including safeguarding and health and safety
-Promote and facilitate partnership with parents/ careers and other family members
-Ensure the staff is following the key person procedures in line with company policy and the curriculum
-Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures
-Other management responsibilities
It will be a full time position which contract length is 2 years renewable contract. The school is looking for the manager who can start IMMEDIATELY.

Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 10,000 up to 14,000
CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month
based on experience and qualification,
10-25% Tax is applied
