Description

Our client is a large educational organisation in Asia and this particular campus is specialising in educating KG student. This kindergarten emphasis on a small group of early years students aged 2-5. The school has a new built modern campus which located in the heart of the city.
 
The school has brand new campus with excellent facilities including climate control classrooms, libraries, computer room, music room, art and craft room, medical room, sleeping room, indoor and outdoor playground. This kindergarten has a secure, warm and family orientated atmosphere. All students are confident, independent and willing to learn.
 
There are 45 students in the school at the moment and expecting to grow up to 80 students in 2015. There are 10 staff in the school, all teachers are professional, caring and patient with international mind-set.
 
This is an excellent opportunity, the ideal candidate should have minimum 2 year of management experience in Early Years (preferably deputy principal experience) , good training and development skills, excellent communication skills with staff as well as with parents.

Minimum Application Requirements

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary from 12,000 up to 18,000  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) per month based on experience and qualification, 10-25 % Tax is applied
Housing:
Housing allowance of 2,000RMB  CNY (Chinese Yuan Renminbi) provided
Medical:
State/Public medical provided

Flight(s) provided
Bereavement Leave:

Contract Length:
2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
