SeekTeachers are in need of an experienced American curriculum Mathematics Teacher. The candidate must have a degree in Mathematics plus a teaching qualification in order to meet the requirements set by the school. A minimum of two years teaching experience is needed and experience of the American curriculum is HIGHLY preferred. Qualified from America would be preferred but if you have experience of the American curriculum and qualified from a western country would also be considered.
 
Key Skills:
**You should have the ability to differentiate the students’ abilities and set work accordingly
**You will need to ensure that relationships are built with both parents and students
**Ensure that planning of your lessons is carried out efficiently and is clear what you would like the students to achieve
**Continue to assess the students to ensure they are heading towards their predicted grades
**Ensure that all students are learning at the same pace
**You should ensure that all lessons follow a good structure
**You should continuously be enthusiastic towards the children to motivate them
**Attend weekly team meetings
 
The school was established around a decade ago by a leading organisation in Texas, United States. Our client now has around 300 students from the local area and approximately 50 students from overseas. Located approximately a 20 minute drive from the main financial city with a huge campus with the ability to teach up to 500 students.
