SeekTeachers are looking for a Maths Teacher that is qualified from a western country to travel over to Doha to deliver the American curriculum to secondary students. Ideally the candidate should have experience of teaching the American curriculum and should also have a minimum of two years teaching experience. The candidate should be available to start IMMEDIATELY so please do not apply if you have to give notice to your current employer. The teacher should have a Degree in Mathematics with a full teaching qualification allowing them to teach secondary students.

Teacher of Maths Responsibilities:
**You should be able to communicate well to all ages of children varying from 11-18
**You will need to ensure that your students are comfortable in their surroundings which means the classroom environment should be relevant to the lessons being taught
**You should provide the children with an energetic and enthusiastic mathematics teacher that has a good knowledge background of mathematics
**You will be required to assess your students on a daily, weekly and yearly basis’s so you have a clear tracking sheet on improvement made by each individual
**You will be required to ensure that all of the parents of the students are clear on the student’s development throughout the year
**You should be able to differentiate the students’ abilities and set work accordingly
**You will be required to set and mark homework and coursework
