Our established client is URGENTLY seeking for a Primary foreign support teacher to join their successful team in Beijing, the capital city of China. The international school is one of the earliest educational group in China, founded more than 20 years ago. The school has been developed rapidly for the past 20 years and has now over 2,000 students in school at present.
The international schools deliver the IB programme that consists of Primary Years (PYP), Middle Years (MYP) and Diploma (DP) programme. The 2,000 students enrolled at present are aged between 5 to 19 year old with 90% Chinese population. The remaining 10% of the student's population is made up of expatriates coming from UK, USA, Canada, Asia, New Zealand and Australia.
The international school is located in the suburn of Beijing and set on a large 20 acres land with an amazing range of facilities include bowling alley, ice-skating rink, equestrian field, golf-course, laudry, dormitory, mini-supemarket, classrooms and many more. WiFi is available within the school campus and the staff accommodation is only 15 mins walk away from the campus.
Role and responsibilities:
**Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objective;
**Develope and foster the appropriate skills and social abilities;
**Teach English language based areas of Primary curriculum in Year 1;
**Responsible for the progress of students;
**Provide feedback to parents and carers on student's progress;
**Working with others to plan and coordinate work;
**Organising and taking part in school events;
**Liaise with other colleagues and working flexibly
