Deliver the American curriculum to local Emirati children
Our client is seeking a professional and dynamic English teacher to deliver the American Harcourt curriculum to secondary students. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years teaching experience plus a full teaching license and a degree in English. The school will offer the candidate a very attractive salary package and will ensure their experience of the Middle East is amazing. A stable teaching career is highly preferred by this client.
The school was developed around 10 years ago by local business men who believe that the American Harcourt can help develop these young students’ academic abilities. The school is located in Abu Dhabi just outside of the city. The area the school is situated in is very quiet and a good place for children to focus of their education.
English teacher duties:
**Happy to take part in school activities and events which may take place after school hours
**Able to set and mark assignments on a regular basis
**Maintain a high level of classroom order and discipline in your classroom at all times
**Liaise with colleagues about progression of students
**Able to give positive and negative feedback to parents about development of their child
**Ensure you are motivating pupils and stay enthusiastic at all times
**Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for all the needs and abilities of the children
