Business Studies teacher needed ASAP in Qatar | Immediate interview taking place over skype
 
Our client is located in the heart of Qatar, Doha. Doha is the capital of Qatar and is now a thriving country to be working in. The school is a UK Curriculum school mainly with western teachers and a mixture of Qatari and some expatriate students. The school is also accredited by the Council of International School and is also accredited by the International Baccalaureate also.
 
Requirements
**Degree in Business Studies with a PGCE or teaching license
**At least 2 years of teaching experience
**A native speaker of English and western trained
**Up to date with recent UK teaching methodology
 
The school is moderately resourced and so we recommend for you to bring your own resources also to get settled into the role ASAP.
 
Job Description:
**Plan effective lesson of Business Studies to deliver up to A level or IBDP level
**Create resources in advance to ensure all students have the necessary facilities to accomplish tasks
**Set homework and provide feedback to students
**Ensure that resources are fit for purpose and used with health and safety guidelines
**Monitor pupils progress through the use of benchmark data and provide feedback for students to raise their achievement
**Ensure that formative assessment is regularly carried out so your students are aware of their current level and where they are heading
**Teach lessons to cater for SEN and EAL students also
**Promote an enquiry based learning model so students can learn independently
**Be a good team player
**Be IT savvy and be able to use technology in the classroom
**Attend Business Studies staff briefings
**Attend and contribute to whole school briefings
**Be involved and/or offer extra-curricular activities
 
We are looking for a teacher that has stability in their CV and confident to teach up to a high level. 
 
Salary Package:
**Up to 12,000 QR per month TAX FREE (about £2000/3300USD)
**FREE fully furnished accommodation
**FREE medical cover
**FREE annual flights
**FREE visa
**Baggage allowance of 1200 QR coming in and on on exit of the contract
**A 2 year contract that is renewable
**Gratuity bonus as per Qatar labour law

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Salary Range:
A salary up to 12000  QAR (Qatar Riyal) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
