Salary Package
**TAX FREE salary up to 13,000 per month
**FREE accommodation allowance based on family status. Single teachers: 9,200 AED per month and families get 11,600 AED per month - teachers are initially put into a hotel for a week and helped to find suitable accommodation
**FREE Visa and residency cover for teacher, partner and up to 3 children
**FREE medical cover for teacher, partner and up to 3 children
**FREE One time relocation allowance of 20,000AED
**Travel Allowance for the employee and one eligible dependent
**42 days’ vacation
**Generous education allowance for your children, 60,000 AED per annum (children must be between 3 to less than 18 years of age)
**End of service gratuity which is 1 month for each year complete
Requirements to apply
**A degree in English language or literature
**A PGCE in English holding QTS or a USA Teaching License or a CELTA
**At least 1 years teaching experienced
**A high command of written and spoken English
**Ability to use ICT in the classroom especially Apple technology like an iPad and Macbook

English Teacher Duties
**Responsible for planning, managing and improving the learning of their own students, working with other team members.
**In collaboration with Lead Teachers to implement and continually improve curriculum, teaching, learning and assessment strategies.
**To manage the learning of the students, maintaining records, collaborating with other teachers and promoting staff development in a pro-active manner.
**Responsible for planning and participating in professional development opportunities to further their own knowledge, skills and abilities.
**To manage all facilities and activities related to achieve student learning.
**To play a leadership role in role-modelling behaviour, attitudes, and learning behaviours for students.
**Responsible for achieving the set learning outcomes in students, and therefore supervise all student activities and processes to ensure outcomes.
**To develop and maintain teaching materials and assist with program quality assurance processes.
**Teachers liaise with Student Counsellors, as required. Communicate progress and performance to students and school management/administration.
