Are you an experienced English teacher and passionate about teaching? Would you like to explore the Arabic culture and visit the UAE?
 
Our client is a national school based in Abu Dhabi. The school campus is located on a 10 acres land approximately 20 minutes away from the town centre. Both teachers and students have access to excellent resources and facilities such as temperature control classrooms, indoor and outdoor playground, music room with good range of instruments, dance studio and library. The school also provide free fully furnished accommodation to the staff.
 
Job duties and responsibilities:
 
**Make assessment of students’ learning progress
**Provide help to students when they have difficulties during the lesson 
**Ensure students behaving appropriately in the class 
**Plan interesting lessons for students and encourage them to raise questions
**Participate in school activities and provide the adequate equipment.
**Always ensure the facilities and equipment are clean and safe to be used
**Help student to develop their English skill
**Reward and punish students appropriately
 
The school has more than 95% of student from the local families whose English is not their first language. You will have to be patient with the students and provide them with the necessary support in helping them during the lesson time. Majority of the school staff are expatriates coming from countries such as USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and others therefore you will find no problem in adapting yourself in the school.
 
Abu Dhabi is the capital city of UAE. It has been developing rapidly for the recent years and getting more and more well-known by the world. The city might look dull and lack of entertainment due to the desert condition but try to visit the desert safari and camel racing in the country and you will have an unforgettable experience.

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification
Experience:
3 Years
Type of Staff:
Male or Female can apply to this job
Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)
Must be a native speaker of English
Prefer candidates with international experience
Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted
Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted
Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:
A salary up to 14,850  AED (UAE Dirham) per month based on experience and qualification, TAX FREE
