One of our established client is seeking for a Campus Liaison Supervisor to join their campus in Dalian, China. The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Bachelor degree in Education or equivalent
- TEFL Certificate
- Montessori Certificate preferred, but not essential
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the field of ESL and early childhood
- Experience in leading a team of 2 to 5 people
- Experience in dealing with parents and with administrative duties
- Experience working in an international school in China is preferred
The Montessori school is located in one of China's major city, Dalian. Compare to other major cities in China, it is consider to be relatively new with only 100 years of history. The school campus is located in the university area with an atmosphere conductive to learning and where education valued highly by local residents.
Job descriptions:
*Serve as liaison between English teachers, other teaching staff, campus administrators, parents and Head office
*Meet with prospective parents and give them a tour of the campus
*Provide academic leadership, guidance and support to all English teachers at the campus
*Identify developmental needs of teachers and organise and conduct weekly campus meetings
*Mentor and orientate new teachers
*Follow policies and guidelines in deadline with teacher requests
*Maintain an accurate inventory of campus equipment and supplies
*Follow school board policies and administrative procedures
