Teacher of English
Our client has advised us that they will be needing a Secondary English Teacher for January 2015 with the below qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in English
PGCE or QTS
2 years teaching experience
Stable career (No Supply)
Strong communication skills
This international school established in September 2002 offers a modern international approach to teaching and learning. It consists of a Primary; Secondary Boys and Secondary Girls school campus within the school catering for students aged 3-18. The majority of the students are local national students but there is a about 30% expat students. Regardless of the student population the school has a very international feel with the teacher population being predominantly expat.
Secondary English Teacher Everyday Job:
**Implement IGCSE curriculum along with school guidelines
**Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to students
**Monitor students learning progress report appropriately to the department head
**Maintain discipline in the classroom
**Set appropriate challenges for students according to their abilities
**Work closely with other staff in the relevant department
**Supervise students in all activities or field trips
**Participate in school and parents meetings
