**Understanding of the Arabic Culture
**Strong knowledge of the UK Curriculum
**Degree in Early Childhood
**Experience of delivering to Early Years students

Key Skills:
**Implement the UK curriculum and advise the children the advantages of this curriculum
**Ensure you Students are continuously motivated by using various teaching methods
**Use fun activities in the classroom to keep the children engaged
**Ensure that students are differentiated and given work according to their academic abilities
**Allow the students to become part of your lesson
**Ensure your classroom surroundings are relevant to the subjects being taught
**Provide the children with all the correct facilities to achieve
**Continuously asses your students and ensure you are making a track record of any improvement
**Ensure you are giving all students positive and negative feedback on their execution in the classroom
