An Early Years international school in China is hiring a creative and responsible Early Years Teacher. This school is situated in the city centre with a new and excellent facilitated campus such as climate controlled classrooms, art room, music room, soft toys play room, library, medical room, indoor and outdoor playground.
The student population is approximately 250 age range 2.5 to 5 years old, there are 40% expatriate students and 60% non-expatriate students. There are also 30 well-trained staff mixed with 80% composed of expatriates and 20% non-expatriates.
The work week consists of 35 hours Monday to Friday, teachers get about 50-60 days holiday per year.
Job duties:
*Provide high quality care and activities for students
*Ensure provide students a secure, safe and stimulating environment
*Encourage creativity, development, co-ordination, independence, self-expression, and learning through activities
*Monitor, assess, record and report on children’s development and progress
*Follow EYFS framework for guidance in the practice with students
*Liaise with parents and encourage parental involvement in the school
*Participate in professional development and training
*Participate in parents or school meetings
*Be familiar with the policies and procedures of the school
