Lower Primary Teacher | Teaching job in Qatar | Salaries TAX FREE!!
SeekTeachers are looking for a number of Primary teachers to come over to Qatar and deliver the National curriculum of England and Wales. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Primary education or equivalent. Ideally all applicants should have some experience of teaching the English Curriculum but this is not mandatory. All teachers applying must be native English speakers and qualified from a western country.

Teaching responsibilities:
**Strong knowledge of jolly phonics
**Using a variety of formative assessment strategies for AFL and APP
**Attending weekly departmental meetings
**Assist in schools trips and clubs
**Being a good team player
**Being a good role model
**Providing parent’s feedback of their child(ren)
**Have good classroom management skills
**Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students where English is not the first language
The school has a total of 700 children with approximately 100 specialist teachers. Majority of the children in the school are from wealthy Qatari families but there is a small amount of expatriate students also.
