What type of teachers does SeekTeachers™ recruit?

How does SeekTeachers™ minimise teacher drop-outs?

We understand the time, effort and energy required by our clients to employ, organise, settle in and train overseas teachers. To minimize the chance of a teacher dropping out, unlike other agencies, teachers that apply to register with SeekTeachers™ do so specifically looking to work abroad. The screening process therefore begins as soon as a teacher registers with us. In addition, our consultants are trained to take our candidates through our stringent vetting process which not only includes checking document but includes an interview with the candidate with potential client already in mind. A final pre-booking confirmation check is done to erradicate any uncertainties.
